Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 82+ year old man who has been running and walking for over 44 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

Amazing what sleep will do
This has been a good week for sleeping -- 7 1/2 to 8 hours each night. My wakeup HR was 50 this morning, 52 yesterday. I feel energetic this morning. If I sleep well tonight, I should be in great shape for my 11 mile run tomorrow.
