Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 81+ year old guy who has been running and walking for over 43 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

My body is recovering from sleep deficit
After a good 7 hours sleep last night, my wakeup PR is back to 49 and I feed great this morning. If I get good sleep the next two nights, I should be in good shape for my 15-miler on Saturday.
