Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 82+ year old guy who has been running and walking for over 44 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

Feeling better today than yesterday
My wakeup HR decreased from yesterday's 57 to 51, a good sign that my body is starting to recover from my workouts on Friday and Saturday carrying boxes. I could tell, though, that I'm still tired. I thus ran 3.5 miles at about the same pace as yesterday.
