Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 82 year old man who has been running and walking for over 44 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

A 3 mile rest run
I'm doing a slight taper this week, in preparation for the 5K race on Saturday. I ran 3 miles at a comfortable pace, probably around 12 minutes.
