Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 83-year old man who has been running for over 45 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

More energy during my 4 mile run
I had more energy during my 4-mile run this morning. It was still hot (90F in the shade when I returned), but I had 16 oz of water, and that helped a lot. We have two grandchildren staying with us, and my wife and the two kids played in a park next to the Parkway while I ran.
