Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 81+ year old guy who has been running and walking for over 43 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

Finally, I had a great sleep last night!
I slept for a good 7 hours last night. I was still up later than I should have been, but I went to bed earlier than I've been doing for the past 10 days. So, tonight I'll be in bed by 11:30. And, I'll eat regular meals today, too.
