Update on my swelling

I just returned from my visit to the therapist. As my swelling increased, I gained weight, peaking at 28 pounds of fluid. Today when I weighed in at 170, I was only 8 pounds over my normal weight. That is a big improvement. My lower legs are back to normal, and the 8 pounds that I need to lose is in my waist, groin, and upper legs.


  1. I hope you don't have to get those parts "wrapped"... ouch!

  2. I'm wearing underwear that has 21% Spandex, and that keeps my waist and groin under compression. Some people wear the Spandex shorts that cyclists wear.

  3. These shorts are sewn at the edge with the last roughly 1/2 inch have a "v". The split leg are not sewn at the edge the distance. The front of the short is made to cover the back. I best boxers
