Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 81+ year old guy who has been running and walking for over 43 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.

5 hours sleep doesn't hack it for running
I only had 5 hours sleep last night and was tired when I left home to go running. After two miles, I tossed in the towel and returned home. Also, it was hot and that didn't help.
