My guest-article is online

I recently was invited to write a guest article for the Diet, Nutrition, and Wellness Journal. My article has been posted and is online. The article summarizes my thoughts about why I run, why I've run for so many years, and why I've only had one minor injury from running.

Nice little guest post there Alan and I can echo a lot of what you say. Before running I did an awful lot of walking and mountaineering which gave me strength and stamina.
I’ve had a few minor injuries but never had an op of any sort. I don’t use a heart rate monitor, just listen to my body and, like you, just use my Garmin for measuring distances and time. I never look at the darn thing when I’m actually running.
