Teaching the basics of running via the experiences of an 83-year old man who has been running for over 45 years, including the completion of four marathons and training for a fifth marathon.
Thanks, Kate! I think the reason my blog gets on a lot of lists is that it apparently is unusual for an older man like me to be running.By the way, Kate, your blog focuses on the family quite a lot. My wife and I will have our 50th wedding anniversary in about 10 days. We have 11 grand children but no ggc yet. In fact, none of our grandchildren are married. Our oldest is just finishing her Sophomore year at the University of Arizona. She is in the Army ROTC and will be going to Thailand this summer.
